When do courses start and end?
Delegates need to arrive in time for a prompt start at 9.30am – or you will be advised of the exact time in your joining instructions. On day one in the first half-hour, you’ll register and get a chance to meet your fellow delegates.
What is the dress code?
There is no mandated dress code for ATDP courses. The courses are meant to be fun and relaxing as well as giving you the best training. Most people who attend our courses feel most comfortable in business casual clothing.
How many people are on a course?
We strictly limit delegate numbers to ensure each delegate receives the best training possible, but it does vary course to course. The group size ranges from 3 to 18. The maximum number of people allowed to attend a course varies. Most courses have a maximum of 18, but some courses such as the Coaching and Mentoring or Presentation Skills and Time Management have smaller class sizes. If you’d like to know how many people are attending your particular course, just ask.
What happens if someone needs to contact me?
In the case of an emergency you may be contacted on your mobile, but during training sessions all telephones should be set to “vibrate” mode. You may leave the training room to take the call.
Is lunch provided?
If a course is scheduled as a Full Day event there will be a lunch break scheduled, in some case a light finger buffet lunch may be provided in others there is access to an on-site dining area where a variety of freshly prepared sandwiches and some cooked dinners are available at subsidised prices.
I have special dietary requirements. How do I make sure I get food that is suitable?
If ATDP are providing lunch you will be asked to advise on any special dietary needs at the time of registration. The on-site catering service is also able to meet most dietary requirements or you may bring your own food. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Is there someone I can talk to about the course?
