Providing an insight for aspiring or newly appointed managers into the techniques and benefits of effective time management. This time management programme is available in both half-day and full-day formats.
Both programmes will be delivered on the same dates. The half day event will be delivered between 09.30 & 12.30 hrs. The additional content for the full day event will then be delivered between 13.00 and 16.00 hrs subject to numbers having registered. Should the afternoon session not run on any particular date delegates, subject to their agreement, will be reassigned to the next calendar date.
The half-day programme covers the following areas of time management:

- Your wasters
- Work patterns
- Time planning
- Action planning
The full-day programme in addition covers the following areas of time management:
- Goal setting
- Personal organisation
- Dealing with interruptions
- Managing the telephone
- Desk organisation
- Effective delegation
- Action planning
The half day programme is charged at £99 plus VAT whilst the full day programme is charged at £139 plus VAT (payable against a proforma invoice issued upon booking).
Candidates will receive a certificate of attendance of the programme along with course literature, refreshments and buffet lunch.
The learning provided may be used to support formal qualification activities as those shown on this website such as Level 3 or 5 Studies in Management.
Personal development workshops require a minimum of 12 delegates to be guaranteed to be delivered. Should these numbers not be achieved on any date then, Aquarius Training & Development Partners reserve the right to postpone the workshop and reassign delegates to another mutually agreed date.
